For well structured and typed form we use automated software tools like OCR, Barcode etc. If the forms are handwritten, we use manual data entry i.e. Key-from-Image or Key-from-Paper for higher accuracy. Using advanced technologies supported by our qualified staff, we convert thousands of documents into searchable, Portable Document Format (PDF) libraries, which can be viewed with universally available Acrobat Reader. Following are the most common PDF outputs:

	PDF Normal (Fully text searchable with image & graphics)
	PDF Image + Text (OCR'd text embedded over original image). PDF file will have full text search capability, though accuracy will be dependent on the quality of input image.
	Full color PDF - Replica of printed books that looks exactly like its original. This is a preferred method for publishing EBooks where it is necessary to maintain the looks and feel of the original.
